ECMC Solutions is pleased to introduce our exceptional team of sales managers. Each manager will be dedicated to serving schools in specific regions across the U.S., as well as supporting clients and the industry through professional association activities.

Dave Deibel

In his most recent position with our affiliate, ECMC, Dave supported schools in the Commonwealth of Virginia by assisting them with FFEL Program services, offering the expertise he gained working in financial aid offices. Dave brings with him a comprehensive understanding of both federal and private loan programs—a perspective that has proven valuable to school clients.

Rosemary Martinez-Kepford

An early career spent working in the financial aid offices of different school types has led to Rosemary's success serving schools as a representative of First Interstate Bank and then JPMorgan Chase. Rosemary's ability to effectively pair schools with new product solutions has been recognized through numerous awards. She brings to ECMC Solutions extensive knowledge of the student loan industry.
